Attention parents of students interested in trying out for basketball and track teams.  All participants trying out for basketball and track must have a physical and submit a completed APS physical form to the coach prior to participating in tryouts.  The APS physical form must be dated on or after April 1^st, 2010.  The APS physical form can be downloaded from the APS athletic department website at http://www.apsathletics.net.  Physical exams are being offered Monday Oct. 4^th 2010 at Del Norte High School from 5 to 7 pm, limited to the first 100 students.  Exams are also being offered at Dr. On call, at 3211 Coors Blvd, Suite D-3, phone number 452- 9015.  Cost at both places is 25 dollars.  Please visit www.jamesmonroe.aps.edu for more information.
